As in times of old

The sacred grove and the burning bush are both symbols of heaven's willingness to speak to us. They are real moments that have inspired me to trust that He will speak to me. Many people hope that God is there, that He hears them, but for many it feels to far to ask Him to say something back. It is a precious truth to me that He can, He has, and He will. Nephi teaches us, "For he that diligently seeketh shall find; and the mysteries of God shall be unfolded unto them, by the power of the Holy Ghost, as well in these times as in times of old, and as well in times of old as in times to come."
